Channing Greenberg, AMFT
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist | (License #142376)
I'm a therapist who genuinely loves this work and brings warmth, curiosity, and a healthy dose of directness to every session. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation: honest, collaborative, and tailored to you. I'm here to help you understand yourself more deeply and make changes that actually stick.
Who do I help?
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are self-aware and motivated but still feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and the people they care about. Together, we explore the patterns that may be keeping them from moving forward and create meaningful, lasting change.
I have a particular passion for supporting women through major life transitions, including fertility struggles, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and motherhood. I provide a warm, supportive space to navigate these experiences and reconnect with a sense of confidence and balance.
I also help couples strengthen their relationships by identifying the patterns that create conflict and disconnection. Whether navigating major transitions such as moving in together, family planning, or becoming parents, I guide couples toward deeper understanding, stronger communication, and more secure connection.
How do I help?
My primary approaches are talk therapy and the Gottman Method, a research-backed approach to couples therapy that focuses on building communication, trust, and deeper connection. For individuals, I draw from IFS (Internal Family Systems), which helps you understand the different parts of yourself that drive your patterns and reactions. Together, we work to understand what's getting in the way, strengthen your relationships, and build a life that feels more intentional and connected.
