RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide effective psychotherapeutic treatment for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma. Services include couples counseling, family therapy, teen therapy, child therapy, and mood disorder therapy.

Provide quality services and maintain an average weekly caseload of 20-25 clients.

Ability to quickly develop trust and rapport with clients.

Interest in being part of a close, collaborative team with a startup culture.

General skills with organization, responsibility, and excellent communication in order to be a dependable team member.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must possess a Master’s in counseling, psychology, or social work. Must be licensed. Must be available for in-person sessions.

2 years of experience as a licensed therapist.

California BBS licensure is required.

Experienced in CBT and DBT modalities. Applicants with certification and/or experience in Couples Counseling, EMDR, and/or Hypnotherapy will be considered first.

Training and experience working with couples is highly desired.

Proficiency with practice management software (ex. SimplePractice).

Must have proof of active malpractice insurance.
Benefits and Pay

Pay: Up to $90 per hour for clinical hours. Non-clinical duties are paid at $16.78 per hour (ex., consultation calls).

Up to 10 Mental Health Days per year (unpaid time off).
